Our Property Tax & Assessment Law practice counsels and represents some of the largest property owners in Rhode Island through all areas of the property tax and assessment review process, frequently meeting with Assessors, appearing before Municipal Boards and Trial and Appellate Courts.  Our clients include commercial, industrial and residential property owners, tenants, developers, management companies, tax exempt organizations and individuals.

Mancini Carter’s expertise extends to all issues related to property taxation.  We maintain an in-depth understanding of appraisal and assessment theory and law and have extensive experience successfully negotiating and litigating tax appeals and property tax related issues for both real and tangible property owners in all municipalities throughout Rhode Island.

Mancini Carter provides assistance and representation to developers and property owners throughout the negotiation and approval process of obtaining Tax Stabilization Agreements with municipalities.
